What business events can I organise at ZUIDYARD?
From a meeting, company presentation and conference to a company party, client event or complete company outing: many different business events are possible at ZUIDYARD. Combine meetings, food & drinks and experience at one special location on the Maashaven in Rotterdam.
How many people can I organise an event for?
We offer options for both small and large groups. Our boats can host groups of 30 to 500 people. Tell us what you want to organise and how many guests you have, and we will find the best format together.
What packages do you offer?
We offer several standard packages with which you can easily put together a complete business event. Our standard package consists of meeting on one of our boats, lunch, drinks or dinner at PIER40, and a ride in the Beelen Eye.
Can a package be adapted?
Absolutely. Our standard packages are a starting point, not an obligation. We can add, remove or adapt elements to create a programme that perfectly fits your group and event. From a short meeting to a fully catered day programme, we are happy to help.
Can we also cruise during our event?
Yes. You can combine your event with a cruise through Rotterdam. Our boats accommodate groups of 30 to 500 people, combining a business gathering with Rotterdam from the water.
Can our guests be picked up by boat?
Yes. We can pick up guests at different locations in Rotterdam and bring them to ZUIDYARD by boat. The experience starts before your guests arrive on site. Ask us about the options for your event.
Is there enough parking?
Yes. There is plenty of parking on our own grounds, so your guests can park directly at the venue. Parking costs €4 per hour or €22 for a day pass. The first 15 minutes are free for drop-off and pick-up.
Is ZUIDYARD accessible by public transport?
Yes. ZUIDYARD is easy to reach by public transport. Maashaven metro station is close to the site. You can also reach ZUIDYARD by car, bike, water taxi and, of course, over the water with our own boats.
Can the water taxi stop at ZUIDYARD?
Yes. The water taxi can bring you right to the site, making ZUIDYARD easy to reach from the water as well.
Can we eat and drink during our event?
Absolutely. PIER40 offers lunch, drinks and dinner, among other things. Food and drinks can be part of your business event programme.
Can we combine different activities?
Yes. That is exactly what makes ZUIDYARD special. You can combine a business gathering with a cruise, lunch, drinks or dinner at PIER40 and a ride in the Beelen Eye, turning a meeting or presentation into a complete experience.
