Let the experience begin before arrival. Your guests can be collected by boat at another location in Rotterdam and brought to ZUIDYARD. The trip to your event becomes part of the experience.

DOCKSIDE is in the heart of ZUIDYARD. Combine your business event with a ride on the Beelen Eye, a trip with ZUIDYARD Cruise or another activity on site. From welcome to dinner, and from meeting to entertainment, it all comes together at ZUIDYARD.

GETTING HERE

Plenty of parking on our own grounds. Right by the venue.

Guests park on our own grounds, with plenty of spaces. Parking costs €4 per hour or €22 for a day pass. The first 15 minutes are free for drop-off and pick-up. DOCKSIDE is also accessible by bike and public transport; Maashaven metro station is nearby. Guests can also arrive by boat or water taxi.

When does DOCKSIDE open?

Do you offer set packages?

We offer arrangements that can be tailored. Together we will create a programme for your company, guests and event.

Can you organise my entire event?

Yes. We can help plan the full programme, from welcome and spaces to food and drinks, transport and activities at ZUIDYARD.

Can I hire DOCKSIDE exclusively?

There are options for business events and exclusive use of spaces. Email us with your plans and we will discuss the possibilities.

Where is DOCKSIDE?

DOCKSIDE opens at ZUIDYARD in Rotterdam, at Doklaan 40, 3081 AD Rotterdam.

What is ZUIDYARD?

ZUIDYARD is Rotterdam’s waterfront destination, where hospitality, events, attractions and activities come together. That makes it easy to pair a business event with experiences on site.

How do I get to DOCKSIDE?

You can travel by car, bike or public transport. Maashaven metro station is nearby. ZUIDYARD is also accessible by water.

Can I park at DOCKSIDE?

ZUIDYARD has plenty of parking on its own grounds. Parking costs €4 per hour or €22 per day. The first 15 minutes are free for drop-off and pick-up.

Yes. Combine your event with the Beelen Eye, ZUIDYARD Cruise or another activity on site.

Are large business groups welcome?

Yes. DOCKSIDE is being set up for business events of different sizes. For larger groups, we will find the best layout and plan together.

Can you tailor an event?

Yes. Packages can be tailored and different elements combined. We can help from the first idea until the last guest leaves.

How do I enquire about an event?
